Terms.

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Orastack, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization. If you use Orastack for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. Separate written terms control where they conflict with these terms.

Orastack provides APIs, SDKs, connection handling, routing, fanout, reliable replay, state synchronization, signals, presence, authorization, and observability. Features may change during private beta. The service is not a general application database, workflow engine, background-job platform, or replacement for your HTTP API.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, use appropriate organization roles, and promptly revoke access that is no longer authorized. You are responsible for activity under your account and for credentials issued to your systems and users.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Orastack the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise handle that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to send data and route it to users.

You may not use Orastack to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; probe or disrupt systems without authorization; bypass limits; share credentials improperly; send abusive or unlawful content; create deceptive accounts; or impose pathological traffic intended to degrade other tenants. We may throttle or suspend activity needed to protect the service or others.

Reliable delivery is at least once, not exactly once. Ordering applies within a documented ordering lane, not globally. Client acknowledgement means the SDK accepted an event into its local dispatch path; it does not prove application business logic completed. Signals may be dropped or coalesced. Presence is eventually consistent. Expired replay positions return resync_required.

The private beta is provided for evaluation and early production validation. Features, limits, and interfaces may evolve subject to the compatibility policy. Do not rely on an unannounced SLA, certification, or generally available support commitment. We will not silently change established delivery semantics behind an unchanged API.

The published Free tier is $0 within its stated limits. Paid pricing, overage terms, taxes, renewal mechanics, and support commitments will be presented before any paid plan is enabled. You will not be charged without agreeing to the applicable order or checkout terms.

Orastack and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, designs, and trademarks. These terms do not grant rights to use Orastack branding beyond identifying your use of the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment under future paid terms, or traffic that threatens the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Data export and deletion are subject to product capabilities, retention, and legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the private beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” Orastack disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent client connectivity, exactly-once network delivery, or retention beyond configured limits.

You remain responsible for your application, users, authentication system, data, business logic, and appropriate idempotency or authoritative refetch behavior. Orastack is responsible only for the service within the documented acceptance and retention boundaries.

We may update these terms as the beta and legal structure evolve. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
